9-11 service re-established for Inverness, Lecanto

The Citrus County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO) today said that 9-1-1 landline outage affecting residents in the Inverness and Lecanto areas has been resolved by the service provider, CenturyLink. Residents living in these areas can now utilize their landline to dial 9-1-1 for emergency services and be successfully routed to the CCSO communications center.
