Martha Hirth, Key Training Center (KTC) Resident Manager, was recently recognized by the Florida Association of Rehabilitation Facilities and Florida Alliance for Direct Support Professionals (DSP) as one of the 30 DSPs across the State of Florida who is making a meaningful difference in the lives of the people they serve.

DSPs are the backbone of KTC’s service system to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and Hirth’s incredible 11 years of service are commendable and appreciated, according to her nomination narrative.
